The d4vd platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. d4vd reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close any account that does not meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on d4vd. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior warning. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. d4vd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the d4vd support team immediately via email at [email protected]. Change your password right away and review all recent account activity.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a d4vd user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate game outcomes or bets.
- Engaging in fraud, identity impersonation, or any actions intended to deceive the platform or other users.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
- Making transactions using funds obtained through illegal means or engaging in money laundering activities.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, system errors, or odds errors that appear on the platform.
- Sharing or promoting unlawful content through any channel associated with d4vd.
D4vd reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and referring cases to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the d4vd platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, Boost, FPX, and internet banking transfers via licensed banking institutions in Malaysia. d4vd does not accept transactions in foreign currencies without prior conversion.
Deposit & Withdrawal Verification
Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within three to five minutes of payment confirmation from the payment service provider. d4vd is not liable for any delays caused by third-party systems or banking institutions.
For withdrawals, the name on the recipient's bank account must match the name registered on the d4vd account. d4vd reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed the set limit. Withdrawals that do not meet verification requirements will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
Any transaction suspected of involving illegal activity, fraud, or a breach of these terms may be temporarily frozen or reversed by d4vd without prior notice. Frozen balances will be held until the investigation is concluded.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
D4vd provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, d4vd will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages suffered by users as a result of using this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the d4vd platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface design, software, and related materials — is the exclusive property of d4vd or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any of this content without prior written permission from d4vd.
Third-Party Links & Services
The d4vd platform may utilise payment providers, game software suppliers, or other third-party services. d4vd is not responsible for the policies, content, or privacy practices of those third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
D4vd reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, requests by authorities, or account inactivity exceeding the specified period. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible to open a new account.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the d4vd support team via email at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal, subject to identity verification and compliance with the relevant transaction conditions.
Changes to Terms
D4vd reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure compliance with the latest version of the terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the d4vd platform will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims relating to this platform.
